We offer you an excellent location, free parking and comfortable surroundings. Our function rooms offer complete privacy for you and your guests and all have access to an outside area.
We have rooms to suit all group sizes and aside from the Main Hall, all function rooms have their own bar.
MAIN BAR
CAPACITY: 150 people (180 with outside garden)

- Tables and chairs supplied. Additional bar stools at the large bar area.

- Trestle tables can be added if self catering.

BOWLS PAVILION
CAPACITY: 150 people (200 with outside area)
- Stand-alone building with own toilets inc wheel-chair/disabled access and baby changing facilities
- Small open-plan kitchen with microwave, kettle, fridge, sink and area to lay out food.
- Small Bar.
- Access to WiFi
- New wooden floor; large airy space with windows along the length of the room.
- Large outside green and area with benches and chairs.
- Outside space for bouncy castles or other outdoor fun.

MAIN HALL
CAPACITY: 144 people seated (200 seated and standing)
- Situated just inside the entrance.
- High beamed, vaulted open ceiling. Wooden floor and newly decorated.
- Bars and toilets lead off from the main Hall.
- Speakers, WiFi.
- 6ft circular tables x 12
- 6ft x 3ft rectangular trestle tables x 15
- Lounge Back Bar leads off from the Hall and can be hired alongside
- Outside area access
BACK BAR
CAPACITY: 40 people (60 with outside area)
- Carpeted with comfortable leather sofas; chairs, stools and coffee tables for smaller settings.
- Small Bar; access to speakers
- Opens onto private wooden decking area with tables and seating with views across the fields

No, we’re sorry but we don’t allow people to bring their own drinks. Horn Park is a licenced premises and all drinks must be purchased from our bar.
We have our own in-house caterer who is happy to quote for your event. We would be happy to give you her details. However, if you still wish to provide your own catering then a surcharge will be applicable.
Our licence during the week is until 11pm with last orders at 10.30pm. Saturday last orders are at 11.30pm. Sunday we close at 5pm.
Can we have an extended licence?
Yes we can extend the licence until 1am, last orders 12.30am for a small fee.
How much time can we have for setting up and decorating?
You have half an hour either side of your function free of charge. If you need more time then we charge half the hourly rate for the function.
Yes, but depending on the room you are hiring it may not be suitable.
Do you have a PA system we can use?
Sorry, we do not have a PA system.
How many chairs and tables do you have?
In the Large Hall in the main clubhouse we have:
12 – 6ft round tables
150 chairs
12 – 6ft trestle tables
In the Bowls Club we have:
50 chairs
4 – 5ft trestle tables
Please note that unfortunately the round tables do not fit in the bowls club.
